We’re excited to announce that we have signed an agreement with AMRO Fabricating Corporation to act as their manufacturing representative – helping to support AMRO’s international business expansion.
AMRO is a premier manufacturer & supplier of major assembly tooling, precision jigs and fixtures, welded fabrications and precision machining and forming for the space, defence and commercial aerospace industries. They specialise in lightweight metallic structures and forming isogrid and orthogrid – with work on programmes like the Space Shuttle, Mars Lander, Space Launch System (SLS) and Boeing 787.
With a pedigree of over 36 years, AMRO is partnered with companies including Boeing, NASA, United Launch Alliance, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin. As a Boeing preferred supplier (silver), they are ISO9001 and AS900 certified company and have won the Boeing Performance Excellence Award three years running.
Westworld is pleased to be working for such a well-established company and we can see significant areas where AMRO’s products will have a market within the European aerospace sector – Guy Hobday, Westworld’s Business and Marketing Director.
AMRO and Westworld will be working together in order to market AMRO’s manufacturing capabilities to international clients, with a focus on European OEMs.
