First 30 Days

Days 30–60

We begin approaching targets on your behalf: introductions, capability discussions and outreach to procurement, engineering and senior contacts at European OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Where conversations turn into meetings, you are involved in the important ones. We capture early market feedback and adjust the approach accordingly.

Pipeline Development

Days 60–90

Active opportunity management. We follow up on conversations, advance leads where the opening is real, and give an honest assessment of pipeline potential, including where progress is slower than hoped. At 90 days we review progress together and agree priorities for sustained engagement.

Ongoing Representation

Month 4+

Continued representation, relationship building, trade show coordination, RFQ support and pipeline growth. Regular reporting on pipeline status, meeting outcomes and next actions.
